Leadership Summit

July 15, 2026 · 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Will Rogers Theatre · Oklahoma City, OK

Why This Event Exists

Leadership isn’t a title—it’s a practice. Whether you run a brokerage, manage a team of two, or simply want to show up better for the people around you, the truth is the same: we’re all in leadership to some degree.

The skills that make a great salesperson are not the same skills that make a great leader. Closing deals requires hustle and persuasion. Leading people requires patience, clarity, and the kind of self-awareness that doesn’t come naturally to most of us.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many events built specifically for real estate leaders. So we created one. The Oklahoma Real Estate Leadership Summit is a half-day gathering designed to sharpen the skills that matter most—the ones that help you build stronger teams, healthier cultures, and more sustainable businesses.

When the leaders get better, everyone gets better.
